At Nepzon, your satisfaction is our priority. Since we operate on a dropshipping model, our return and refund policy is slightly different from traditional retail. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
📦 Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
❗ We do not accept returns for:
Wrong size choice by the customer (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
Change of mind
Sale/clearance items
Items such as underwear, swimwear, or earrings due to hygiene reasons
📸 Photo/Video Proof Required
To process a return or refund, you must provide:
A clear photo or video of the product showing the issue
A photo of the packaging with the shipping label visible
This helps us verify the issue and deal with our supplier effectively
🔁 Return Shipping
Since products are shipped directly from our suppliers (usually from China), we do not require the item to be physically returned in most cases.
Instead:
Once we verify your issue with proof, we will either issue a full refund, partial refund, or reshipment, depending on the case.
If a return is necessary, the shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
💳 Refunds
Approved refunds will be:
Processed to your original payment method
Issued within 7–10 business days after approval
Refund is provided only for:
Damaged or faulty items
Wrong items received
We reserve the right to reject refund requests if:
The product was used or damaged after delivery
No clear evidence is provided
The request is made after 7 days of delivery

2. Contact your payment provider (processing may take some time).
